A gorgeous modern home in Las Vegas—the scene of many drama-fueled moments between “Jersey Shore” star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and estranged girlfriend Jen Harley—is now on the market for $869,900.
TMZ initially reported the listing, saying it’s further evidence the volatile duo are officially done.
There were abundant red flags in their relationship. There was the time she dragged him with her car, an ugly video from New Year’s Eve 2018 made at this home’s front door of Ortiz-Magro on a rampage, and the most recent altercation at the address with Harley accused of slapping Ortiz-Magro across the face and attacking him with an eyeliner. It’s been a rocky road, and this lovely house has seen many of the worst moments.
There have also been a few happy memories, including the time the “Jersey Shore” cast flew to Vegas to celebrate his daughter Ariana‘s first birthday.
But now it’s time to move on. Ortiz-Magro has moved to Los Angeles and Harley has returned to her own place in Las Vegas, while the two battle it out in court over their baby.
Ortiz-Magro bought the house in an all-cash deal for $752,000 in October 2017. According to TMZ, the couple will split any profits resulting from the home’s sale.
What’s available for buyers is a home that’s only 3 years old in a gated community. The 3,000-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home boasts views of the Strip, the surrounding mountains, and the city skyline.
Amenities include the upgraded garage doors, bar, marble floors, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, upgraded lighting, two fireplaces, and triple sliding doors to the backyard.

Ortiz-Magro is now enjoying himself in Hollywood. Just this week paparazzi caught him being flashed by a fan on the street.
Perhaps selling the house they shared will help the couple find peace. What they leave behind is a home worth a fist pump or two for buyers in the market for something special in Sin City.
