Former “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lea Black and her husband, attorney Roy Black, are making a real estate move.

The couple have placed their Star Island mansion on the market for $34 million, according to TMZ.

The couple, who have bought and sold multiple properties over the years, are selling the mansion on the exclusive island without the help of a real estate agent. Real estate records show the Blacks picked up the property in 2011 for $7 million, but they apparently never moved in.

The couple have owned homes in both Los Angeles and the Miami area. In 2016, while listing a home in L.A., the reality TV star divulged to Realtor.com® that she also wanted to sell her Star Island retreat.

“I’ve lived in a ridiculous mansion [in the Miami area] for 20 years—it’s spectacular, and we’re going to keep that,” she said. “But I bought another house on the water on Star Island with plans to renovate, but I ended up renting it out. I don’t think we’ll ever live on the water, and the market has never been better, so I think it’s time to sell.”

That was four years ago, but the couple never unloaded the Star Island getaway. The mansion looks to have been rented out for about $34,000 a month over the past few years.

“We had planned to renovate and move but never got around to it. Now [we’re] spending a lot of time traveling and in L.A.,” said Black, who added another reason is that their son started college.

“The fabulous view and 190-foot boat dock and location is enticing,” Black said. Perhaps the next owner will want to dive into a renovation project with the waterfront home.

Built in 1981, the 10,000-square-foot mansion has nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and three half-baths. It sits on a “pie-shaped” acre.

The “rarely available” waterfront property features a guard gate, with 190 feet of water frontage and a fully permitted dock. The grounds include a pool and guest cottage.

The listing notes the lot offers “more natural light than any other lot on Star Island” and is “safely tucked away from boat tours that showcase celebrity homes.”

Celebrity neighbors include Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Sean Combs, and fellow “Real Housewives” star Lisa Hochstein. Hochstein and her husband, plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, purchased their place in 2012, during the run of the reality TV show.

The artificial island on Biscayne Bay has only about three dozen homes, and very few properties go on the market at any given time.

Currently, there are two mansions available on the island. And one, which was used as a guesthouse by the Estefans, is pending sale.

Superstar Jennifer Lopez and baseball legend Alex Rodriguez reportedly paid $32.5 million for a luxe mansion on the island last year. Given the couple’s recent split, their waterfront property could splash back on the market.

Black was a cast member on the “Real Housewives of Miami,” which ran from 2011 to 2013. The short-lived show is rumored to be returning for another season of sun-soaked shade on the streaming platform Peacock.

Black, who’s also an entrepreneur and author, has appeared on the L.A.–based real estate reality show “Flipping Out.”
